New EAACA Vice Chairman

Since 2013, Mr. Dauksza has been the President of the Management Board of H+H Polska, representing the Danish part of the H+H International A/S Group, one of the leading producers and suppliers of wall elements made of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) and calcium silicate (CSU) in Europe.

Professional experience began in 1988 as a building site manager at Hydrobudowa-1 on the construction of the Warsaw metro underground railway (A1 Kabaty switch chamber, B3 Płaskowicka track tunnel, A9 Racławicka station). Over twenty-five years experienced in leading the construction industry international companies, including: Isover (Saint-Gobain), Weber (Saint-Gobain), maxit (HeidelbergCement Group), Optiroc (Scancem Group), Comap (Legris Industries Group).

• Vice-President of the Polish Association of Concrete Producers (SPB), Head of the Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Section
