Seit 2008 entstanden in der Kooperation Dreßler Bau mit Fischer Architekten für den Bauherrn BAU GmbH insgesamt 13 Bürohäuser in Betonsandwichkonstruktion im Mannheimer Geschäftsviertel „Eastsite“. Das jüngste Projekt „Patio“ wurde nun fertiggestellt.
