More speed in bricklaying

Loading...

Confined spaces, tight deadlines and heavy, bulky loads – stress is inevitable on tightly timed construction sites. The Lissmac LMK 400 GA mini crane with a hook height of 5 m brings relaxation and increased occupational safety into the processes. The highlight of the design are the five joint elements, which allow the boom to nestle on the crane masts in an extremely space-saving manner or to extend to the full range of 5 m. A development that has matured from practical experience, which positions even heavy elements precisely with a loose grip, even directly in front of existing masonry.

Efficient, especially when space is limited

The articulated arm developed by Lissmac is the ideal solution for light and at the same time precise handling even of large and heavy blocks in confined spaces. The bricklayer's crane with articulated jib is very efficient, especially when building on gaps between buildings and when constructing in city centres, and its long reach and load capacity enable it to drive over stone pallets and other obstacles up to 1,300 mm high. The large spherical slewing ring ensures a smooth 360°rotation even with a maximum load of 400 kg at the jib tip. The drive, telescopic turret and chain hoist work electrically. The operator controls them conveniently via the standard radio remote control. Two lifting speeds (2.0 and 8.0 m/min) are available. All drives are equipped with a soft start.

The high-quality workmanship guarantees a long service life and reliable operation even with demanding use in the rental park. The frame and chassis are galvanised and can withstand both rust and the toughest operating conditions. The maintenance-friendly design ensures quick and convenient access to all service points such as fuses, lubrication points and the chain hoist. All requirements of the latest machinery and safety directive are met by the LMK 400 GA.

Compact and comfortable

A hallmark of Lissmac machines is excellent ergonomics, and it doesn't start with working on the wall. With the help of the electrohydraulic pump, the LMK 400 GA mini crane can be set up and dismantled in a short time without any effort. The chain hoist can be quickly (dis)assembled in just a few simple steps. During transport, the mini crane with articulated jib impresses with its compact dimensions. The ingenious construction can be folded into a cuboid with 2,400/2 ,400/2 ,350 mm (L/W/H). The dead weight is 2,780 kg with ballast or 1,310 kg without ballast. Ballast is carried out with four weights of approx. 365 kg. On the front and in the rear area of the mini crane, there are fastening options on the frame for securing the load with tensioning straps. Crane hooks and forklift openings simplify transport and installation on the construction site.

"More speed in the wall defuses two central problems in building construction: the high costs and the shortage of labour. With the LMK 400 GA, Lissmac provides the most efficient solution for confined construction sites – where large equipment is out of place and manual work is too heavy and slow", Roland Gaile, Product Manager CT at Lissmac, explains.
