Robots build wall elements in the factory
Loading...Rimatem considers the entire process and develops automated, safe and sustainable systems for the planning, production and assembly of factory-prefabricated modular walls made of all types of blocks. The use of open data standards ensures detailed, information-rich 3D planning and the seamless integration of all customer-specific processes. This allows interfaces to be reduced and planning errors to be avoided right from the start of the project thanks to model-based, transparent communication between all parties involved.
Construction methods with flexibility and material diversity
With its wide range of automated masonry machines, it can produce customized wall elements made of (light weigt) concrete blocks, autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, sand-lime bricks and bricks up to 3.50 m high and 9.00 m long in wall thicknesses of 10 to 50 cm, including built-in parts such as roller shutter/blind boxes. The fully automatic new development RA1 completes the range of services, enabling flexible, scalable system solutions for the production of individual wall geometries using mineral building materials for different construction projects with guaranteed quality.
Rimatem also offers a patented logistics and assembly system using Vario and crane traverses, guaranteeing defect-free transportation and subsequent stable assembly of the masonry walls. The considerable reduction in construction site noise and dirt, e.g. by eliminating sawing work, as well as the delivery of the modular walls as required also increases the environmental friendliness of serial and modular construction ways.
On schedule and cost-effective
By working in parallel on the construction site and in the factory, the overall construction time can be reduced enormously, so that modern construction methods have a positive impact on project costs. As manual bricklaying is an ever-increasing cost problem for construction sites, Rimatem is focusing on increasing the degree of prefabrication. The relocation and integration of further expansion stages in the factory, such as electrical installation, window installation and plastering, are future production steps and solutions for making construction processes sustainable and efficient. Initial practical tests have led to positive results - both in the factory and on the construction site.
Various expansion scenarios are considered in close cooperation with the customer as early as the project planning stage for individual machines. Rimatem customers include not only construction companies, but above all AAC block manufacturers all over the world.
