New network platform for the autoclaved aerated concrete industry

ICCX Middle East 2019

The ICCX Middle East celebrated a very successful debut in 2017. The launching event in the modern Sharjah Expo Centre with about 1,000 participants caught the spirit of the region and demonstrated the great need for a trade fair and conference targeted at the concrete sector. The ICCX Middle East was supported by local and international partners right from the outset – proof of its acceptance in the industry. Machine and system suppliers as well as consultancy service providers are involved in the ICCX Middle East with the aim of showcasing their products, services and integrated solutions to its visitors. The ICCX Middle East 2019 will take place from 24 to 25 November 2019.

ICCX Russia 2019

The ICCX Russia 2019 will take place from 3 to 6 December 2019 in St. Petersburg. This upcoming metropolis has been a trend-setter in the Russian construction industry for some years now. The event is located in a hotel situated near the airport (LED). The Park Inn Pulkovskaya Conference Hotel with its generous exhibition area and in excess of 800 rooms offers the ideal backdrop for this event, which is always attended regularly by between 800 and 1,000 delegates.

Russia is without doubt an interesting market for the autoclaved aerated concrete industry. According to official statistics, autoclaved aerated concrete has been the building material most utilised in wall construction since 2014. In 2017, its market share was an impressive 43% [1]. This is just one of the reasons why the ICCX Russia 2019 will provide an ideal opportunity for trade visitors from the fields of science and industry to both gather information about stateof- the-art production technologies and to listen to scientific – but at the same time practically oriented talks – about autoclaved aerated concrete as a construction material.

Each ICCX is set up in such a way that sufficient time intervals remain for interdisciplinary exchanges and networking. It is precisely this concept that is the unique selling point of this event series.

ICCX Central Europe 2020

The ICCX Central Europe is focussed, as its name suggests, on the Central European market of the autoclaved aerated concrete industry. The venue for the ICCX Central Europe is Warsaw, Poland. Delegates will be able to catch up on the latest developments in the autoclaved aerated concrete sector there from 12 to 14 February 2020. The Double Tree by Hilton conference hotel, which was completed recently, provides all the advantages of a modern conference hotel and can be easily accessed both from the city centre and the international airport (WAW). One other hallmark of ICCX events are the popular plant tours offered on the final day. In future, autoclaved aerated concrete production facilities will also be visited to give an ideal and very meaningful finale to a typical ICCX.

We can look forward with great anticipation to what this joining together of the concrete and autoclaved aerated concrete industries in the ICCX event network will bring. Both industries have symbioses that can be exploited advantageously.
