Xella strengthens its position in Italy

The site covers approximately 35,000 m². With the latest production technology and circa 40 employees, a capacity of around 200,000 m³ per year can be achieved. The plant mainly manufactures for its own, local MattONE brand. Ytong products will also be produced there in the future, especially for southern Italy. The new plant is an optimal regional complement to the existing Xella plants in northern Italy and confirms the company’s strategy of expanding the leading market position in Europe.
