For this project, Teeyer engineered a customized solution aligned with German production line standards. The system combines advanced control technology, precise adaptation to local raw materials, and robust mechanical design, ensuring both production efficiency and process reliability.

High-Precision Intelligent Separation

One of the key strengths of the new separator is its high-precision intelligent separation system. By integrating intelligent adjustment and real-time quality monitoring, the machine continuously maintains process accuracy. The design is calibrated for a 75 mm product thickness and optimized for the specific material characteristics found in the region. This precise control of separating force allows non-destructive separation of the green cakes, thereby eliminating adhesion and drastically reducing breakage rates that are common in traditional processes.

Optimized Cutting and Autoclaving Process

Another major advantage is the optimization of the cutting and autoclaving process. The separator has been engineered to integrate seamlessly with existing equipment and automation systems. This ensures consistent product qualification rates while stabilizing and streamlining the entire production workflow—factors that are essential for maintaining high output in industrial-scale AAC projects.

New-Generation Transmission Technology

Equally significant is the adoption of a new-generation transmission system. Compared with earlier designs, the new system increases the efficiency of full-size cake separation by more than 50 percent. This improvement directly translates into higher project capacity and reinforces the long-term reliability of the production line.

With the successful implementation of this project, Teeyer’s green cake separators are now operating not only in China but also in Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe, and the CIS. By combining localized engineering with global best practices, Teeyer continues to establish itself as a technology leader in the AAC sector.
