Introducing Planet Residence: A New Standard in Comfortable Living

The commitment to top quality starts with the materials, sourced from Xella brands: Ytong, Silka, and Multipor.

Ytong Fono 20 (AAC) and Silka 115 and 200 NF blocks (CSU) will provide excellent sound insulation. These Xella products are ideal for use between the large units as well as for partition walls. Multipor thermal insulation panels, characterized by their A1 non-combustibility class and exceptional vapor permeability, are recognized as the perfect solution for insulating the facade.

The first-class selection of materials, modern design, and innovative construction approach make this complex an ideal place for comfortable and high-quality living. Over 4,000 m³ of Xella materials were used in the construction of Planet Residence.

The use of Ytong Fono block on this project not only provided excellent sound insulation, but at the same time made it easier for designers to choose materials during design. The innovative system solution in the form of the Fono concept meets the requirements for sound insulation and the prescribed standards for the heat transfer coefficient U, according to the Rulebook on Energy Efficiency of Buildings.

An innovative system solution for noise protection is hidden in the combination of Ytong Fono blocks and Silka blocks, which together provide the most effective sound insulation inside residential units, in the three most important positions:

• sound insulation between two apartments;

• sound insulation between the apartment and the corridor;

• sound insulation within the housing unit itself.

The non-flammability, lightness of the material and the possibility of application for external and internal insulation make Multipor a unique solution on the market. Multipor panels are strong and wear-resistant, which is why they are ideal for thermal protection on facade and interior walls. They are especially suitable for use in public buildings, where it is important to ensure high standards in terms of fire resistance and strength of the facade.
