The “Steel-AAC House” – a new type of comfortable and environmentally friendly residential building

Family owned company Metay developed a new type of residential building consisting of a steel frame and a building envelope made completely out of AAC panels. The so-called “Steel-AAC House” has been designed for harsh climatic conditions and it can be erected, according to Metay, even in seismic regions. After the successful launch of this comfortable and environmentally friendly type of building on the Turkish market the company looks forward to offering it also abroad.
