Breakthrough in Core Technology: Boosting Efficiency and Quality

The project adopts Teeyer Intelligent’s newly upgraded 6×1.5m green separation technology, featuring three core advantages:

1.     High-precision separation: By intelligently adjusting the separating support positions, it achieves high-precision separating of green cakes. Equipped with a real-time quality inspection system, it completely overcomes the industry challenges of sticking and damage in traditional processes.

2.     Optimized vertical-cutting & horizontal-steaming process: The product qualification rate is significantly improved, providing customers with a more efficient and stable production solution.

3.     Innovative separating drive technology: The full-mold separating production efficiency has increased by over 50% compared to the first generation, achieving a qualitative leap in overall capacity.

Customized Solutions set New Standards for Premium Blocks

To meet Thailand Diamond 's demand for very thin products, Teeyer leveraged its “green separating” technology to innovatively develop a 7.0/7.5 cm thin product solution. Integrated with an intelligent production system, this solution ensures high output while significantly enhancing product quality. It has successfully helped the client penetrate the local AAC product market, showcasing Chinese manufacturing's technological leadership in advancing the building materials industry upgrade across Southeast Asia.

Chinese Intelligent Manufacturing Gains Ground in International Markets

As Teeyer 's fifth successful deployment of its green separating technology, the Thailand Diamond production line has demonstrated the solution's global competitiveness. To date, Teeyer Intelligent has provided this advanced technology to five enterprises, including Thailand Diamond, Zhejiang Rongsheng, Shenmu Shenxin, Shaanxi Ningyuan, and a Russian project, solidifying its position as an international market leader in adoption rate. 

The successful trial production of the Thailand Diamond project demonstrates Teeyer Intelligent's capabilities in AAC equipment manufacturing and contributes to the growing presence of Chinese high-end manufacturing in international markets. In line with the Belt and Road Initiative, the company plans to continue its global expansion by applying its research and development experience.
