Process optimization and functionality

Münstermann’s oil spraying systems feature a compact, closed design that enables a clean and controlled oil application process. The process is fully automated, ensuring an even coating of the inner mould surfaces. The mould is guided into the oil spraying system on rails, where a lift system lowers a roof onto the mould, preventing the majority of oil mist from escaping into the production environment. A swiveling spray arm automatically moves over the mould's inner surfaces, applying a controlled layer of oil to facilitate the easy demolding of the cake.

The spray nozzles are precisely calibrated and arranged in an overlapping spray pattern, ensuring a consistent, minimal oil distribution. This careful adjustment minimizes oil consumption while achieving a uniform, thin oil layer. The system also includes an advanced extraction and filtration unit with cyclone technology, which effectively captures spray mist and filters the air before releasing it back into the environment, thus meeting high environmental and safety standards.

High flexibility and reduced installation time

Münstermann’s oil spraying systems are designed for flexible integration into different production environments. Their compact construction and quick installation allow for rapid commissioning, minimizing downtime during installation. The systems are typically equipped with Siemens control technology but can be easily adapted to meet specific customer requirements. Operating the system is straightforward: users need only to provide a barrel of oil, and the system handles the rest.
