Loading...The Dosmart Ecosystem consists of the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM), the Enterprise Resource Management System (ERP-Lite), the Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS), the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), the Internet of Things (IoT) and the Warehouse Management System (WMS). The overall functionality of the Dosmart Ecosystem is outlined in Figure 1.

Manufacturing Execution System and Information Flow
The deployment of professional hardware for process tracking and feedback on the manufacturing process of AAC products enables the flow of manufacturing information throughout the entire factory. Coupled with data collection and analysis through AI, the MES provides smart control of production processes and equipment, minimizing manual intervention and improving product quality, while providing accurate information for problem tracing. The integrated carbon monitoring module can provide real feedback on the carbon footprint of the manufacturer, providing strong support for sustainable development.
Internet of Things
The Internet of Things hardware developed by Dosmart enables dynamic monitoring of the production line equipment status and maintenance cycles, facilitating equipment health management, timely processing of defect identifications and maintenance information, reducing production line downtime due to equipment failure, and leveraging asset utilisation.
Warehouse Management System
Dynamic inventory analysis and clear product categories solve any confusion in the stockyard for finished products, such as difficulties in data capturing, inaccurate inventory stocktaking and other problems. It can effectively improve the efficiency of the turnover of the stockyard and reduce the waste related to production repetition.
Cross-platform Electronic Data Interchange
The Cross-platform Electronic Data Interchange facilitates a seamless connection between the customer’s existing IT infrastructure on different platforms, such as ERP, OA, etc.
